Order + Shipping
 

Indicated shipping timeline is an approximate number of days an order takes to deliver from the ship date indicated at checkout, and does not include weekends, holiday and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). Delivery may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer's end. If your order consists of in-stock, shipping later and/or made-to-order pieces, the dispatch date may change. Make sure to check the dates indicated during checkout and on your confirmation email.

 

Your order may be split if the estimated dispatch dates are more than 7 days apart (Canada and US only).

The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes, discounts, and non-refundable.

Deliveries outside of the US may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees. Please note that Pearlesque does not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the cost will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we're not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery

Return Policy
 

Please see the return guidelines listed below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return. We offer free 30-day returns for all customers in the US. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that a return shipping fee of $30 is charged for returns shipped from the EU and $40 for all other countries. These return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.

To qualify for a return:
 

  • Items must be in their original condition (unworn) without signs of wear or damage.

  • Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (shipping box, tags, jewelry box, and pouch included)

  • No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.
     

All below items are non-returnable:

  • Earrings (sanitation) after 10 days of product delivery

Exchange Policy

Online Purchase: (All exchanges must abide by return policy guidelines to qualify.)

Online exchanges are available in the US and Canada only. You can exchange items of the same price and style. Once we've received confirmation that your return is en route, we will ship your new item once we have received your original purchase. Customers are liable for additional shipping costs.
